At Luvland, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and discreetly. All orders are shipped within South Africa using BobGo, our trusted delivery platform, which connects us to reliable courier partners nationwide.


Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all major cities and most regional areas within South Africa. Delivery availability and estimated delivery times will be confirmed at checkout once your address is entered.


Delivery Times

 • Main centres: 2–4 business days
 • Outlying areas: 3–6 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability, public holidays, or unforeseen delays.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

• Your delivery address
• Package size and weight

Any free delivery promotions (e.g. orders over a certain value) will be clearly displayed on the website and at checkout.


Order Processing

• Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can follow your delivery.


Discreet Packaging

Your privacy is extremely important to us.

• All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging
• No reference to Luvland or product contents appears on the parcel
• The courier label will display neutral sender information


Tracking Your Order

All shipments are fully trackable via BobGo.
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent to you automatically.


Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, damaged, or missing:

• Include your order number so we can assist you quickly

We will work directly with BobGo and the courier to resolve any delivery issues.


Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout.
Luvland cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.


Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, the courier may:

• Attempt re-delivery, or
• Return the parcel to the depot

Additional delivery fees may apply in these cases.
