Shipping & Returns
We offer free shipping on all orders over R750 anywhere in South Africa.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes or to Postnet.
All orders are processed on the same day (before 3pm) If you have paid via EFT, your order will be processed once we have received your proof of payment and/ or payment has reflected in our bank account.
Delivery will take place 2-4 working days from the time you place your order, this excludes weekends and public holidays.
If the product is not available at our warehouse, the merchandise will be sourced from our stores. This may lead to an extra day in delivery. A Luvland employee will contact you to inform you of the delay.
PLEASE NOTE: We at Luvland do experience occasional technical difficulties. We ask that clients be patient as we resolve the situation.
All returns are dealt with as a matter of urgency to provide full customer satisfaction.
Any goods returned to us must be in the original packing, undamaged, and unused. Should you wish to cancel your order, please first inform us in writing and return the goods at your own cost within seven working days of receipt of the goods. Luvland does not accept responsibility for goods not received or damaged in transit.
NO USED GOODS WILL BE REFUNDED.
